Key Responsibilities
  • Assist upper management in driving sales results through a strategic and multifaceted approach.
  • Achieve personal and store sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Perform keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to personal growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by maintaining knowledge of current fashion trends and coaching styling techniques.

  • Support the consistent delivery of the Michael Kors brand image through attention to detail and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Demonstrate accountability and ownership by completing operational tasks efficiently while maintaining high store standards.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team, consistently demonstrating responsibility, reliability, and accountability.
  • Proactively identify and resolve stock, merchandising, and operational issues to ensure products remain available and well presented.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail experience.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Ability to meet store scheduling and availability requirements, including working flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods such as the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, and other high-volume sales events.
