About the Role:

Arbonne International is seeking a Sr. Brand Manager, Nutrition. The Sr. Brand Manager, Nutrition is responsible for driving the Nutrition product offering strategy and managing the growth and profitability of the Nutrition product category. In addition, the Sr. Brand Manager, Nutrition will be responsible for understanding the strategic vision of the organization and assisting in the alignment of the Nutrition category to that vision. 

Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Brand Strategy & Planning Develop and execute annual and multi-year brand plans. Define clear brand positioning, messaging hierarchies, and portfolio architecture that differentiates the products in a crowded marketplace along with a compelling story to tell.
  • Consumer & Market Insights Maintain a strong pulse on the wellness consumer, including health goals, ingredient trends, and purchase drivers. Monitor the competitive landscape across direct selling, e-commerce, and retail to identify white space and inform portfolio decisions. Leverage available data sources and sales analytics to build a fact-based view of the business.
  • Innovation & New Products Lead innovation from concept through commercialization, working cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, legal, creative, operations and IT. Ensure new products are grounded in consumer need, substantiated by science, and positioned to excite and motivate the consultants and preferred clients. Navigate regulatory requirements and claims substantiation processes specific to dietary supplements.
  • Integrated Marketing & Communications Develop integrated marketing programs across digital, social, email, events, and other communications that build brand equity and drive product trial and loyalty. Create compelling product launch campaigns that generate excitement within the consultant and preferred client network.
  • Distributor Enablement & Field Support Develop marketing tools, training materials, and selling resources that help consultants effectively communicate product benefits. Partner closely with the field sales and training teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent and compelling at every level.
  • Events & Community Support major events including annual conventions, leadership conferences, and regional trainings by developing brand activations, product showcases, and launch moments that energize the field and reinforce brand identity.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Lead cross-functional teams with a clear vision and collaborative approach. Serve as the internal brand champion and present business updates, brand strategies, and innovation plans to senior leadership and key distributor audiences.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in nutrition product management; experience with building and managing a nutrition product line. Direct Selling marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong U.S. marketing experience in OTC vitamin/food supplements. International marketing experience is highly desired.
  • Is a critical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and think through both tangible and intangible factors
