Job description

Service Station Systems, Inc., a Northwest Pump company, is excited to open the position of Brand Review Specialist and potentially welcome you to our growing team.
About the Role
The Brand Review Specialist reviews photo portfolios for compliance with customer Visual Identity Standards. As the final step in the branding approval process, you will evaluate submissions, document findings, identify necessary corrections, and determine whether locations meet established requirements.
This is a primarily office-based role, Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Responsibilities
  • Review photo portfolios submitted through our database and other designated platforms.
  • Evaluate signage, graphics, colors, and other visual elements against customer brand standards.
  • Approve compliant submissions or identify required corrective actions.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and concise review reports.
  • Respond to customer and stakeholder questions by email and phone.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in required systems.
  • Complete ongoing training on customer Visual Identity Standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to apply standards consistently.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support as needed.

Qualifications
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, branding, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience using database software is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven reliability and dependability.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and lift or move up to 20 pounds as needed.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is required.

  • This non-exempt, full-time position pays an hourly rate of $23-24
