You will bridge the gap between high-level market intelligence and world-class execution, with responsibility for Workiva's global brand strategy, brand narrative, campaigns, media, and measurement. You will lead a team, manage agency relationships, and shape how Workiva is understood by the CFO, CIO, and other C-suite buyers who ultimately choose us. Campaign strategy and management:Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for the brand campaign function, ensuring alignment with broad company objectives. Establish the vision, priorities, and operational standards for integrated marketing initiatives.
Brand measurement and insights:Build and own Workiva's brand measurement architecture, including brand health tracking, campaign effectiveness measurement, and the internal Brand Index. Connect brand metrics to real business outcomes: awareness, perception, pipeline, and retention. Turn raw data and research into sharp, actionable insights that give leadership a clear pulse on how customers, prospects, and the market perceive us. Deliver executive-ready reporting that makes brand investment quantifiable and defensible.
Brand management and governance: Own Workiva's brand standards, guidelines, and governance framework. Drive consistent brand expression across marketing, product, people and culture, and sales. Build scalable tools and enablement programs that make it easy for every team - globally and in every language - to show up as one brand.
AI-Forward Brand Systems: Leverage AI tools to develop brand strategies and scalable frameworks designed for speed, efficiency and impact. Future-proof how Workiva's brand operates in a fast-moving marketing landscape.
Team leadership Lead and develop a team of brand and marketing professionals. Set direction, build capability, and create a high-performance culture that balances strategic rigor with executional excellence.
