Summary:
The Senior Director for Brand Marketing will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, campaigns and partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion for Peace Out Skincare. Responsible for bridging brand storytelling and business priorities to deliver cohesive, full-funnel campaigns consistently across all paid, owned, and earned channels. Oversee the creation and implementation of annual and seasonal go-to-market plans across channels, prioritizing digital-first (specifically TikTok Shop, Amazon and DTC) with a secondary focus on wholesale, performance optimization and creative integration to every campaign. Responsible for driving revenue growth, market share expansion and profitability across digital and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans (annual and long-range) that span seasonal brand campaigns, collaborations, site content, CRM, paid media, organic social and influencer and affiliate content. Orchestrate cohesive consumer-first marketing plans that enhance brand presence and drive growth.
• Champion customer-focused strategic planning and ensure rigorous, channel-specific execution with specific focus on digital channels (TikTok Shop, DTC and Amazon) and wholesale accounts. Create and implement compelling, customer-centered content that reinforces our brand aspiration and drives engagement.
• Partner closely with creative team and content strategy to ensure all content reflects our brand's style and tone in storytelling across all consumer touchpoints, socials and paid media.
• Utilize customer data and insights to inform and refine key strategies and tactics. Ensure marketing efforts are grounded in a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Manage our external agency partners in support of paid media, influencer relations & social strategy, TikTok Shop, Amazon and DTC.
• Manage non-traditional growth levers, such as influencer partnerships, experiential activations, and high-impact sponsorships.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget across all channels and own the integrated marketing calendar across all channels.
• Set key performance indicators, analyze return on investment, and report campaign performance metrics.
• Partner with Product Development on long-range innovation pipeline to support category growth opportunities, capture white space opportunities and establish a healthy diversified portfolio. Help develop strategy on product positioning, pricing and packaging design.
• Partner with sales and creative on visual merchandising updates and overhauls for wholesale channels to drive productivity and brand representation.
• Manage bottoms up category planning and ensure marketing activations meet forecasting models.
Qualifications:
• 10-12 years of experience in omni-channel or integrated marketing, campaign strategy, or media planning within consumer goods, preferably beauty.
• Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion.
• Balanced strategic and creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Deep understanding of channel interdependencies and the ability to drive cohesive execution across media, creative, CRM, retail, and experiential marketing.
• Experience scaling emerging brands within competitive digital first and retail environments.
• Self starter mindset, highly organized with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities.
