This is the kind of experience that builds a meaningful portfolio — an opportunity to support the rollout of a national brand initiative at scale while working alongside leadership across marketing, operations, and customer experience. You’ll work on projects tied directly to:

  • Brand relaunch execution
  • Customer experience strategy
  • Social and digital communications
  • Operational rollout support
  • Field marketing coordination
  • Customer engagement initiatives

If you’re looking to graduate with more than classroom experience, this internship is designed to give you exposure to how modern consumer brands operate, scale, and evolve.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with customer communication initiatives across email, text, and digital channels
  • Helping organize and coordinate marketing and brand assets for field teams
  • Reviewing customer feedback, surveys, and online reviews to identify trends and insights
  • Supporting social media content creation and scheduling
  • Assisting with short-form and social content planning
  • Conducting competitive and market research
  • Assisting with internal communications and operational rollout materials
  • Supporting reporting, presentations, and project tracking
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams
  • Supporting the execution of brand standards and customer-facing initiatives across multiple markets

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn
  • Interest in marketing, branding, customer experience, communications, or business
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects happening simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or content creation is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; current college student or recent graduate preferred

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

  • Paid Internship starting at $17/ hour based on Experience, Skills and Region
  • Weekly pay
  • Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunities Available
  • Summer 2026 Internship Program, May through August 2026
