Job description

Summary of Position
The Director, Brand Partnerships will lead the development and execution of revenue-generating brand integrations and sponsorships across Lionsgate's portfolio of digital platform channels and original content initiatives. This role is responsible for creating innovative, scalable branded content opportunities that align advertiser objectives with Lionsgate's content strategy and audience engagement goals across digital, social, and emerging platforms.
The Director will work cross-functionally with creative, production, digital, and sales teams, while serving as a key client-facing partner to build, execute, and grow long-term brand relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the ideation and execution of multi-platform branded partnerships across Lionsgate's digital channels and original content initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to integrate brands into digital-first programming, social extensions, and emerging content formats
  • Develop scalable sponsorship frameworks and repeatable branded content offerings across multiple platforms
  • Drive full lifecycle execution of branded partnerships-from concept development and pitch through production, launch, and delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution aligned with creative vision, brand objectives, and timelines
  • Oversee integration quality and ensure brand alignment with Lionsgate's creative standards
  • Partner closely with content, production, editorial, and digital teams to develop integrated brand opportunities within ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Collaborate with ad sales and distribution teams to align branded content offerings with broader revenue strategies
  • Work with legal, finance, and operations teams to support deal structuring and execution
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for select brand partners and agencies, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
  • Lead client presentations, pitch materials, and partnership proposals
  • Support renewals and upsell opportunities through proactive relationship management and performance insights
  • Contribute to the development of digital-first content concepts that are inherently brand-friendly and partnership-ready
  • Stay ahead of industry trends across OTT, social platforms, and creator-driven ecosystems to inform new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evolve Lionsgate's branded content capabilities and go-to-market strategies
  • Implement and oversee performance tracking and post-campaign recaps to demonstrate ROI to partners
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize future partnerships and drive repeat business
  • Continuously refine measurement frameworks for digital and cross-platform branded content

Qualifications and Skills
  • 5-7 years of experience in branded content, partnerships, ad sales, or integrated marketing within media, entertainment, or digital platforms
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-platform brand partnerships and integrations
  • Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems, including social, streaming, and creator-led platforms
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects from concept through delivery
  • Excellent client-facing skills with a track record of building and growing partnerships
  • Ability to leverage performance data and insights to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling client narratives
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
