Job description

Zappos is looking for a highly collaborative, strategic and enthusiastic marketing manager to to support our marketing co-op strategy with key brand partners. This role manages a portfolio of top brand relationships and partners with them to plan, execute and analyze marketing strategies that drive revenue, enhance brand equity and deepen key brand partnerships. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about building strong brand relationships that deliver measurable results.
Key job responsibilities
- Execute the the brand partnerships strategy including contributing to annual planning and owning execution of co-op marketing plans
- Develop and execute brand-funded marketing campaigns that align with partner and platform goals
- Contribute to optimizing the Zappos native advertising business and identifying new co-op marketing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of key brand partners, ensuring consistent communication and delivery of partnership results
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, buying and creative to plan, execute and recap annual co-op marketing plans for key brand partners
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
- Experience in brand identity and voice development
- Experience creating brand marketing content
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
