About This Role

As a Director of Brand Partnerships, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution for all of Jubilee & nectar's branded content! You'll identify and cultivate new, high-value opportunities with today's emerging brands, managing the full partnership lifecycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure. This role is perfect for someone who excels at both relationship-building and business development strategy - someone who can turn bold ideas into standout, revenue-driving collaborations!

What You'll Do:
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle across Jubilee and nectar brands - from fielding inbound proposals and generating new business opportunities, leading to deal closure and working with Account Management team to oversee campaign execution and reporting
  • Utilize your personal network and strategic outbounding expertise to forge new business relationships that drive brand partnerships growth strategy across new and existing clients
  • Partner with the Head of Brand Partnerships to identify target leads for new business development
  • Manage and exceed personal sales goals while playing a key role in the team's overall revenue growth
  • Collaborate with our Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to bring branded content opportunities to life
  • Keep brand partnership and internal teams aligned on timelines, standards, and finance, making sure every project runs smoothly.
Who You Are:
  • 8+ years of sales and business development experience either at an advertising agency or in house
  • Own an established book of business to accelerate revenue from day one
  • Creative and tactical, able to turn ideas into campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive revenue
  • High-level thinker with both a strategic and personable approach to brand collaboration
  • Extremely comfortable and confident pitching collaboration opportunities to different clients and brands
  • Fluent in digital media trends, strategies and brand partnership best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships
