Office Manager

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Office Manager for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all virtual office operations and administrative processes
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts and office supply procurement
  • Maintain and control the office operations budget and process invoices accurately
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, team off-sites and all travel arrangements
  • Support HR and IT teams with onboarding, equipment provisioning and space planning
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to boost team productivity

Requirements
