Interviews Chat is an AI platform that helps people ace their job interviews. Our Interview Copilot listens to live meetings and provides real-time answers and suggestions. We’re scaling fast, trusted by thousands of professionals worldwide, and building new products (Chrome extension, mobile app, desktop app) to reach even more users.

As our Virtual Assistant, you'll be the right hand to our founder and core team, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Expect a mix of recurring admin tasks and project-based support, including:
  • Managing email inboxes and scheduling meetings.
  • Handling light customer support (we’ll train you!).
  • Updating spreadsheets, documents, and internal dashboards.
  • Posting and moderating content on LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms.
  • Researching tools, competitors, or potential partners.
  • Helping with small admin tasks related to Stripe, Notion, and email campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:
  • You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions. You enjoy supporting others and get satisfaction from crossing things off the list.
