About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join the new m+ ETF Distribution team responsible for growing assets under management (AUM) by promoting and distributing the firm's new ETF lineup to financial advisors, RIAs, Broker Dealers, and TAMP platforms. This role sits at the intersection of capital markets, portfolio construction, and relationship management. This high-performing leader will report to the m+ funds Division Manager and will work on a team of professionals who are making an impact at iCapital. This individual is strategic, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to manage multiple clients, while developing new relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Leverage a consultative sales process to acquire new relationships, expand existing client relationships, and service existing clients.
  • Onboard new clients, through existing wealth management home office relationships, to iCapital's best-in-class network.
  • Work with other Sales teams within iCapital to expand the reach of m+ ETFs within the iCapital ecosystem.
  • Educate advisors on the merits of m+ ETFs as part of client portfolios.
  • Travel regularly in the market to meet with advisors and clients to support new and existing business.
  • Utilize contact management system to capture information, schedule follow up activities and manage pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on email campaigns, webinars, industry events, etc.
  • Collect and maintain competitor analysis.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience working within the investment industry in a client facing capacity (i.e. external wholesaler, internal wholesaler, relationship manager, product specialist),ETF Sales experience is highly preferred, capital markets or derivatives experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and follow a rigorous sales process
  • Strong understanding of ETFs (structure, tax treatment, liquidity), portfolio construction, and creation/redemption mechanics
  • Self-sufficient and able to explain complex concepts simply
  • Proven sales or relationship-management experience
  • Comfortable with market volatility and performance conversations
  • Able to sell and provide support across multiple m+ ETF strategies
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses are required
  • Experience covering RIA aggregators, larger RIAs, and independent broker-dealers and strong relationships with these client segments is preferred
  • Willing to travel 50% of the work schedule

Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $185,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
