This role also serves as a potential career progression path to a Regional Vice President position for high-performing individuals.

  • Serve as a backup resource for inbound FC calls and support, as needed.
  • Coordinate Financial Planning Group (FPG) proposal requests and other sales support tasks that advance opportunities efficiently.
  • Manage wholesaling and FC-facing email support to improve responsiveness and consistency.
  • Protect speed-to-lead and overall responsiveness across the market through disciplined task execution and follow-up.
  • Support branch events and post-event follow-up activities in partnership with market leadership.
  • Support the Regional Vice President by collecting and organizing prospect data and personal details to facilitate a seamless new client onboarding process.

Preferred Profile:

  • Highly organized and process driven.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to support timely, clear follow-up.
  • Detail oriented with a high standard for data accuracy and task execution.
  • Comfortable operating behind the scenes to improve execution and remove friction from the sales process.
  • Reliable partner for RVPs, helping preserve their time for selling and coaching.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • 2 years of Financial services, sales support, or sales operations experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
  • Comprehensive industry and investment management knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments.
  • Experience determining the needs of partners and prospects through probing questions, offering solutions, and asking for the right actions.
  • Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to travel.

Work Schedule: Position will include daytime and evening hours.

Working Conditions: Professional or home office environment. Traveling, standing and sitting.
