Job description

Position Title: Remote M&A Sales Associate
The Remote M&A Sales Associate plays a crucial role in facilitating acquisitions for private equity funds and corporate clients. This position requires a proactive approach to building and managing relationships with business owners across various sectors, including technology and healthcare. The associate will be instrumental in conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and qualifying potential acquisition targets. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role, as closing deals presents significant challenges. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fully remote environment while contributing to the company's growth in investment banking and fintech.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 / Year DOE
Remote M&A Sales Associate Responsibilities:
  • Make a high volume of outbound B2B calls to business owners
  • Research and analyze financial information
  • Build a pipeline of companies that align with client investment goals
  • Qualify businesses based on ownership, revenue, EBITDA, and growth plans
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact
  • Track calls and deals in CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the internal deal team
  • Attend industry events as needed

Remote M&A Sales Associate Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Background in investment banking
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • MBA is preferred
  • Understanding of corporate financial analysis and financial statements is preferred
