This is a builder role and an opportunity to help shape how we engage complex enterprise customers across the region while developing and guiding Solutions Engineers supporting the business. You will play a key role in defining technical engagement models, scaling enterprise technical wins, and setting the standard for pre-sales excellence acrossNorth America. As a player and coach, you will own the strategic technical relationship with prospects, customers, and partners while partnering closely with EnterpriseSalesto influence deal strategy and drive measurable impact. You will lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers whileremaininghands-on in complex opportunities, ensuring customers clearly understand the value of theNinjaOneplatform and how it supports their IT operations at scale. You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Enablement, Product, and Customer teams to ensure alignment across the technical sales motion while helping build the playbooks, tools, and repeatable processes that allow the enterprise business to scale across the region.

WhatYou'llbe Doing
  • Own the full pre-sales technical experience acrosstheenterprisespace in North America,guiding prospects through evaluation, product demos, architecture design, and proof-of-concept stages
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive regional growth and align technical value to customer infrastructure and operational goals
  • Lead and mentor Solutions Engineers supporting the region whileremaininghands-on in strategic deals, stepping into complex technical evaluations, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept engagements where executive technical leadership is needed
  • Own the technical strategy,identifyingrepeatable technical patterns across opportunities and translating those insights into scalable pre-sales playbooks, demo standards, and enablement for the broader SE team
  • Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value and ensure long-term adoption across large, distributed enterprise environments
  • Support the review and alignment of technical content within RFIs, and customer evaluation processes providing subject matterexpertisewithout owning full proposal management
  • Serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product surfacing regional customer feedbackidentifyingfeature gaps and influencing roadmap direction
  • Build andmaintainreusable technical assets including lab environments, demo flows, battlecards, and scripts to support a scalable AE-to-SE model
  • RepresentNinjaOneat regional industry events, conferences, and customer forums
  • Help shape the future of the Enterprise SE function contributing to playbooks, processes, and cross-functional alignment across theorganization

Technical Requirements
  • Proficiencyin Windows environments, registry services performance troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Linux and macOS systems and basic command-line troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS VPNs firewalls and endpoint protections
  • Hands-on experience with RMM tools ITSM platforms and endpoint lifecycle management
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell,JavaScript,and or VBScript is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable navigating complex IT ecosystems and integrating with existing infrastructure
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira,Highspot,or equivalent systems
About You
  • 10+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting supporting enterprise B2B SaaS customers
  • Experience leading and developing Solutions Engineers whilemaintaininghands-on credibility in complex enterprise or public sector sales cycles
  • Evolved from a technical background such as TAM, support, or systems engineer with practical insight into IT operations at scale across the enterprise space
  • Recognized authority in a technical domain or market segment with the ability to shape technical strategy and guide complex public sector opportunities to technical close
  • Strong communicator with executive presence able to tailor messaging for administrators, technical staff, and agency leadership
  • Deep domain knowledge in IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and ITSM-adjacent platforms within the public sector
  • Understands how IT teams in enterpriseenvironments evaluate,procure, and scale solutions along with insight into procurement processes and compliance considerations
  • Known for high emotional intelligence, technical credibility, and a customer-first mindset
  • Operates with adaptability and urgency excelling in fast-paced high-growth environments
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but notrequiredTechnicalcertifications such as CISSP, Security+, or cloud architecture are a plus
