Client Management & Strategic Leadership*** Play an integral role in onboarding new client(s) ensuring subject matter expertise, proactive client service and organization are clearly articulated through day-to-day work at the onset of each relationship* Spearhead the development and clarification of client event strategies and objectives, working closely with clients to shape and scale experiential marketing campaigns and corporate hospitality programs* Introduce smart event solutions to deliver on client goals and evaluate current health of client business via analysis of relevant business metrics (ROI/ROO)* Own and advance senior-level relationships with clients serving as a trusted counselor to c-suite and senior leaders* Ensure client events are being managed to high standard and client expectations are consistently exceeded* Maintain awareness of all client requests to proactively address project prioritization and staff allocation, revising strategies when needed* Monitor marketplace, identify new pursuits, and proactively present suggestions to clients regarding competitor tactics and whitespace opportunities**30% - Business Operations & Staff Development*** Oversee event operations for team, ensuring team is working efficiently, communicating effectively and organizational structure is productive* Contribute to and maintain positive working relationships and processes across the agency inclusive of Events team and inter-agency teams including Creative, Strategy, Account and Sales* Collaborate on the creation of annual business plans and oversee its implementation* Manage the professional development of each direct report + Set career development goals, track performance, and hold team members accountable + Work with team members to improve skill sets and remove barriers to effectiveness + Provide constructive performance feedback in real time + Identify training needs for improved performance* Oversee hiring and onboarding for new team members**15% -
