Seeking extensive experience in underwriting Contract Surety risks such as: Construction, Bid, Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds to lead teams of staff and production underwriters in development of new and renewal business, adherence to established industry and company standards, and activities in expanding a profitable book of business.

Shall: • Oversee renewal cycle for existing accounts, target new business and lead interactions for new business capture. • Manage staff and senior underwriters, ensure work is accurate, appropriate, and consistent. • Lead interactions with key clients in the existing book of business and join and support meetings with targeted potential clients.

• Act as the regional lead for the company, report directly to executive management. Requirements: • 15+ years underwriting Contract Surety risk and track record successfully leading and developing a team of underwriters. • Knowledge of Contract Surety coverage for: Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds, Maintenance Bonds, etc.
