Our Ideal Candidate:ย ย 

An upbeat, self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service.ย Our team is focused on providing a welcoming and educational environment for clients and pets. This experience starts when the client walks through our door and speaks with our Client Service Representatives.ย This full-time position would requireย 30-40ย hours per week, including some weekends and Holidays.ย ย 

Job Duties:ย 

  • Communicating via phone, email, and in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns.ย 
  • Utilizing computer informationย systemsย to accurately enter client/patientย information, update andย maintainย medical records.ย 
  • Processing client payments and invoices.ย 
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with patients.ย 
  • Precisely dispensing pharmaceuticals as needed and calling in prescriptions to pharmacies.ย 
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

Job Requirements:ย 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, AAS or higher preferred.ย 
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.ย 
  • Veterinary hospital experience is preferred, however notย required.ย 
  • Ability toย lift upย to 50 pounds, squatting, reach, standing, and walking throughout the day.ย

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a starting rate ranging from $16-18/hr. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
