As the first and last person our clients interact with, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting our veterinarians and technicians in a collaborative, fast-paced veterinary hospital. What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Create a welcoming, compassionate experience for every client and patient.
  • Answer multi-line phones, emails, and client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule wellness, sick, surgical, specialty, and referral appointments.
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
  • Review medical records to communicate doctor-approved treatment plans, estimates, discharge instructions, and follow-up recommendations.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, specialists, and referring hospitals.
  • Recognize when medical questions require assistance from the veterinary team.
  • Maintain organized medical records and document all client interactions accurately.
  • Support daily hospital operations through administrative and front desk responsibilities.
  • Help create a positive, collaborative workplace culture centered on outstanding patient care and client service.
