In this field sales role based in the Pittsburgh, PA area, your success will come from building long-term relationships with customers and growing account revenue through comprehensive and complementary product offerings. Your product portfolio will include innovative diagnostic, therapeutic, monitoring, and imaging technologies that enhance the quality of care for pets and improve the workflow and profitability of the clinic.

You won’t do this alone. To help you achieve your goals, you will have the support of your regional Area Sales Director, Professional Services Veterinarian, Capital Equipment Specialist, and Inside Sales Representative. A robust marketing engine is working non-stop to deliver leads and increase brand awareness. And an incredible team of Account Managers already in place is ready to welcome you and

share their stories to help you hit the ground running.

Ideally, to be successful you will possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of related education and/or experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience that translates well to the sale of capital equipment / medical device in the animal health industry.
  • Strong closing skills, with a proven track record of sales (ideally capital sales) and customer service excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a collaborative sales environment.
  • Ability to travel to all call points within an assigned territory.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience utilizing a CRM management database; salesforce.com preferred.
