Who we are

Vetcor is excited to welcome a Veterinary Regional Manager to support our network of veterinary hospitals across Southern and Central California. You'll help build strong hospital partnerships across the region while fostering engaged, high-performing teams and advancing exceptional veterinary care in a fast-moving, sunshine-filled market where no two days look the same.

We are seeking a self-starter, highly organized, and compassionate leader to support approximately up to twenty practices, primarily clustered in Los Angeles and Central California.

 About the Role

As a Regional Manager, you will partner with hospital leaders to guide day-to-day operations and support both short- and long-term goals. Our passionate, energetic teams are looking forward to welcoming someone equally dedicated to animal health, client service, and team success.

You will be responsible for:

  • Operational Excellence - Supporting local leaders in daily operations, leadership, and administrative duties
  • Team Development - Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of veterinarians, support staff, and hospital managers
  • Client Satisfaction - Enhancing client service, loyalty, and satisfaction across practices
  • Practice Growth - Supporting financial stability and growth for each hospital
  • Community Engagement - Promoting local marketing efforts and online reputation management
  • Employee Engagement - Building positive work environments that support morale and engagement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partnering with HR, legal, finance, acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, and other support teams
  • Project Leadership - Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives
 About You
  • Multi-site management experience required within veterinary medicine
  • A highly motivated, agile, and organized leader who can inspire and influence diverse teams
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and partnerships across multiple hospitals
  • Passionate about supporting Vetcor's mission and contributing to growth and operational excellence
  • Location: This role will support practices primarily in Los Angeles and Central California, with travel required across the assigned region.
 Compensation

Salary range: $110,000-$135,000.
