Clearwater, FL & Bradenton, FL | Field-Based Role | Full-Time | Approximately 40+ hours/week
$75,000-$85,000 annually (based on experience) + mileage reimbursement + full benefits
We are hiring a Veterinary Referral Relationship Manager to support specialty neurology services in Clearwater, FL and emergency services in Bradenton, FL. This is a field-based role focused on veterinary account management, veterinary sales-style outreach, and referral growth across the Tampa Bay veterinary community.Pay & Benefits for our Veterinary Referral Relationship Managers:

About the Referral Relationship Manager Role: The Veterinary Referral Relationship Manager serves as the primary liaison between specialty and emergency hospitals and referring veterinary practices. This role drives referral development, veterinary marketing initiatives, and strategic relationship management to improve access to advanced veterinary care and strengthen hospital partnerships.
Candidates with experience in veterinary sales, veterinary marketing, veterinary account management, business development, or animal health industry roles are strongly encouraged to apply.Referral Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary Relationship Manager for assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians, practice managers, and veterinary hospital teams
  • Conduct consistent in-person visits, outreach calls, and engagement with referral partners
  • Drive referral growth for specialty neurology and emergency/critical care services
  • Plan and execute veterinary CE events, lunch-and-learns, and referral engagement programs
  • Partner with hospital leadership and marketing teams on service line growth initiatives
  • Track and analyze referral activity using CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and barriers within the referral network
  • Improve the referral experience and communication between hospitals and referring veterinarians
  • Support community outreach and veterinary partnership development initiatives
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in veterinary sales, veterinary account management, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management
  • Veterinary industry experience strongly preferred (ER, specialty, or general practice exposure a plus)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and field-based responsibilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and basic performance tracking/reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required
