Apply today!# **Job Details**This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally.**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Leads highly complex strategic account programs and client initiatives, providing expert guidance on account strategy, relationship development, and revenue growth.* Drives development of account plans, growth strategies, and value propositions for the most complex and high-value pharmaceutical distribution customers.* Influences senior commercial and operational leaders on account management strategy, client investment priorities, and retention approaches.* Delivers high-stakes account reviews, executive business reviews, and client engagement programs with limited oversight.* Builds reusable account planning tools, client engagement frameworks, and best practices that scale account management capability.* Mentors account managers and contributes to communities of practice to advance account management expertise across the function.**QUALIFICATIONS:*** Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.* 8+ years of experience in Animal Health and Swine account management, strategic account management, client relationship management, or a related field required.* Certification in sales management, customer success, account management, client relationship management or equivalent preferred.# ******What Cencora offers******We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day. The actual range may vary based on your locale.
