Responsibilities:

• Develop creative solutions which are in line with the best interest of the client.

• Deal directly with everyone at all levels of the logistics chain: clients, drivers, customs, etc.

• Work with other logistics specialists in World Courier's vast network of offices.

• Coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely, accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products.

Education:

• 1 year experience in customer care coupled with a High School diploma preferred

• Open to New Graduate opportunities

Work Experience:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

• Creative problem solving.

• Flexibility to work multiple shifts.

• The ability to work with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.

Ce poste soutient les services mondiaux de logistique et d'entreposage de Cencora, commercialises par l'intermediaire de son activite World Courier.

Responsabilites:

• Elaborer des solutions creatives qui correspondent aux interets fondamentaux du client.

• Travailler directement avec tous les intervenants de la chaine logistique, a tous les niveaux: clients, chauffeurs, douanes, etc.

• Collaborer avec d'autres specialistes de la logistique au sein du vaste reseau de bureaux de World Courier.

• Coordonner les activites quotidiennes de logistique et de distribution afin d'assurer la livraison ponctuelle et exacte des produits pharmaceutiques.

Education:

• 1 ans d'experience dans le service client associes a un diplome d'etudes secondaires preferes

• Ouvert aux opportunites pour les nouveaux diplomes

Experience professionnelle:

• Possibilite de voyager vers une multitude de destinations.

• Bonnes competences en communication ecrite et orale en anglais en francais.

• Competences de resolution de probleme creative

• Flexibilite pour travailler plusieurs quarts de travail

• Capacite a travailler de maniere independante avec une supervision minimale.
