University Health is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Associate Administrator to join the senior leadership team at our Retama Community Hospital and an Associate Administrator at our Palo Alto Community Hospital. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, advancing patient care outcomes, and supporting strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to drive hospital strategy, operations, and performance outcomes
