Financial & Business Growth
  • Manage P&L performance and hospital budgets

  • Implement strategic initiatives to increase client retention and new client acquisition

Qualifications - Animal Hospital Manager
Required:
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a veterinary hospital, specialty/ER, or healthcare environment
  • Experience managing veterinary support staff
  • Strong understanding of veterinary medicine workflows
  • Budget and financial management experience
  • Familiarity with PIMS systems (Cornerstone, Avimark, ezyVet, etc.)

Preferred:
  • CVPM certification (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager)
  • Multi-doctor veterinary practice experience
  • Demonstrated success improving hospital performance metrics
