Business Development Representative (ITAD, MSP or VAR a MUST)

Headquartered in Piscataway, NJ, ReCloud IT provides comprehensive IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and lifecycle management services across North Americaincluding logistics, data erasure, refurbishment, and sustainability reporting. We are also a leading wholesale distributor of enterprise computing hardware (CPUs, storage, networking).


The Role

We are seeking a driven, seasoned ITAD Business Development Representative to accelerate revenue growth within our ITAD division. In this autonomous, high-growth role, you will own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closetargeting enterprise corporations (2,000+ employees) and data centers. We are looking for a true hunter.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Close: Identify and secure new enterprise-level ITAD accounts and data centers.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with C-suite and key IT decision-makers.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions for asset valuation, data destruction, and recycling.
  • Pipeline Management: Track activities, metrics, and forecasts within the CRM.


Qualifications

  • ITAD/MSP/VAR Experience: Proven track record selling ITAD/MSP/VAR is required.
  • Enterprise Sales: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles required.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry regulations, data destruction standards, and e-waste compliance.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients across North America.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives with autonomy and minimal red tape.
