Job description

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union.  Represent the credit union in a courteous and professional manner when handling in-person, online, and by-telephone the member’s daily needs.  Provide members prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions and when providing account information.  Responsible for providing members with information concerning credit union services or policies.  Efficiently assist in technology related support for the credit union’s products and services.
