North Miami Community Schools is hiring a Transportation Director.


Responsibilities

  • Routing and scheduling buses
  • Supervising transportation staff
  • Communication with parents, students, and staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • A valid CDL with endorsements necessary to drive a school bus
  • Knowledge of Indiana and federal school transportation laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) transportation requirements and Indiana State Police bus inspection standards
  • Experience in transportation operations, routing, fleet management, or logistics.
  • Strong supervisory and personnel management skills.
