The Opportunity
As a Digital Assurance & Transparency- Workday - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with business transformations by leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as Workday and other business applications. Within our Audit and Assurance practice, you will utilize innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. You will evaluate compliance with regulations, including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls, enhancing the credibility and reliability of information for various stakeholders.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing others to deliver quality results. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading teams in the assessment and management of risk and controls during business transformation projects
- Guiding clients through the implementation of large-scale digital solutions such as Workday, SAP, and Oracle
- Analyzing and identifying interactions between system components to optimize business processes
- Taking ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones
- Utilizing IT General Controls and ERP security knowledge to enhance client transformation journeys
- Reviewing work to deepen team members' skills and encourage continuous improvement
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with SOX and audit guidance
- Promoting innovative solutions and leading practices to improve client service delivery
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
