The Manager, HCCTransparencyReporting,is responsible forthe execution and ongoing management of DePuy Synthes'globaltransparency reporting obligations. This role supports the delivery of a compliant,accurate, andtimelytransparency reporting program.The Managerpartners closely with Legal, Finance, Information Technology, Data Management, and business stakeholders to ensure effective data capture, validation, submission, andpostsubmissionsupport. This role plays a keypartinmaintainingregulatory compliance, strengthening data integrity, and driving continuous improvement across transparency reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage endtoend execution ofglobaltransparency reporting activities, including planning, data collection, validation, submission, andpostsubmissioncorrections or disputes, ensuring compliance with U.S. Sunshine Act/Open Payments,applicableU.S.staterequirements,OUSlocal countrylawsand industry association requirements.

  • Partnerwith crossfunctional teams including Health Care Compliance, Legal, Finance, IT, Data Management, and business partners to ensure complete andaccuratecapture of reportable data.

  • Support data reconciliation, quality checks, and issue resolution byidentifyingdiscrepancies, conducting root cause analysis, and coordinating corrective actions.

  • Implementchangesto transparency laws, regulations, and industry codes, and supportupdates to processes, controls, and guidance as needed.

  • Assistwith responses to transparencyrelated inquiries from healthcare professionals, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop,maintain, and support standard operating procedures, job aids, and training materials related to transparency reporting.

  • Identifyand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of transparency reporting activities.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required:Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Law, ora relatedfield.

  • Preferred:Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance, legal, audit, or riskrelated disciplines.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare compliance, transparency reporting, legal, audit, finance, or related functions within a regulated environment.

  • Working knowledge of U.S. Sunshine Act/Open Payments requirements; familiarity with state transparency reporting requirements preferred.

  • Experience managing recurring, complexcomplianceor regulatory reporting processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret, and reconcile large datasets.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain compliance requirements clearly to nontechnical audiences.

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries.

  • Experience working with compliance, financial, or data management systems supporting transparency reporting.

  • Exposure toaudit support, regulatory inspections, or internal compliance monitoring.

The expected base pay range for this position is $102,000.00 to $153,00.00.
