Transformation Analyst

Job Description Summary

Focusing on supporting delivery of hyperautomation and/or business transformation solutions for service business partners. Role will support engagements from ideation through implementation, value capture and continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • Supports delivery of hyperautomation and/or business transformation solutions
  • Develop business cases inclusive of cost to achieve, benefit estimation and metric tracking for process transformation candidates
  • Support overall solution architecture and design of transformation solutions
  • Collects and analyzes data, both qualitative and quantitative to summary key themes and findings.
  • Support overall Transformation program development activities, under guidance from leadership
  • Collaboration across team members and building rapport with peers/supervisors/client
  • Appropriately communicates and escalates to program leadership for resolution
  • Actively seeks out technical and project management skillset development opportunities
  • Actively soliciting coaching/feedback
  • Self-identifies growth opportunities
  • Demonstrates inclusivity/respect/professionalism across styles
