NOW HIRING: Transformation Senior Consultant | Houston, TX | Hybrid

Are you the person who walks into a complex transformation, asks the right questions, finds the real problem, and creates a path forward?

We’re looking for a Transformation Senior Consultant who can hit the ground running and bring a strong internal consulting / management consulting mindset to enterprise transformation initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for a transformation generalist who enjoys solving problems across programs, governance, strategy, change, and execution.

🔥 What you’ll be doing:

  • Evaluate transformation programs, governance, and organizational challenges
  • Turn ambiguity into clear, actionable plans
  • Define OKRs, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes
  • Develop transformation, change, and adoption strategies
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Drive multiple initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Identify root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Influence stakeholders and create alignment without direct authority

🎯 We’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years in management consulting, internal consulting, or strategic advisory
  • Enterprise transformation experience
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience with OKRs/KPIs, governance, program evaluation, and execution
  • Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills
  • Someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Bonus: Prosci, ACMP, Agile/SAFe/Scrum, Design Thinking, or leadership coaching experience
