Our ideal candidate is a strategic and innovative mind that helps clients stay at the forefront of digital transformation, with demonstrated thought leadership and domain expertise in the areas of IT Finance, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Architecture.

What you will do: Sales & Business Development
  • Present Cprime's capabilities to clients through engaging storytelling, making them relevant and aligned with client needs.
  • Develop strategies that help achieve revenue goals for assigned accounts, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure success.
  • Identify and pursue both net new and growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore new business areas in specific markets.
  • Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business needs and recommend solutions that fit their goals.
Partnership Development
  • Work closely with our partners to prospect and define tightly orchestrated co-selling motions. Collaborate closely with Account, Pre-Sales, Solution, and Delivery teams to ensure clients are successful from introduction to program conclusion.
  • Stay apprised of partner capabilities, solution roadmaps, competitive differentiators, and sales strategies.
  • Work together with clients to identify and develop net new and growth opportunities within existing accounts and explore business areas in specific markets.
  • Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business needs and recommend solutions that fit their goals.
Thought Leadership
  • Shape our POV on how enterprises can best leverage innovative new solutions in the areas of IT Finance, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Architecture to transform their businesses.
  • Stay attuned to emerging trends and new opportunities in target market segments to drive innovation and growth.
  • Partner with marketing, product development, and other teams to create targeted sales campaigns that resonate with clients. Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed on sector developments and expand networks.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience in the areas of IT Finance (TBM), Strategic Portfolio Management, FinOps, and technology space.
  • A proven record of driving growth and achieving goals within an enterprise environment.
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with C-suite executives and other stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven in approach to strategy and decision-making.
  • Curious, self-starter mentality who enjoys complex problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
