DXC is seeking experienced SAP Transformation Advisors to support the continued growth of our SAP business across the Americas.

This role operates within a unique sell to deliver model, combining elements of client advisory, business development, solution shaping, and transformation delivery. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while helping identify, shape, and advance SAP transformation opportunities.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP transformation experience, strong executive presence, and the ability to engage clients from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Business Development

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders throughout the SAP transformation journey.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify, shape, and advance strategic opportunities.
  • Participate in executive discussions to understand client priorities, business challenges, and transformation objectives.
  • Support new business development, opportunity qualification, and account growth activities.

Opportunity Shaping & Solution Development

  • Lead discovery discussions and help define transformation roadmaps.
  • Support pursuit teams in developing compelling business cases and solution strategies.
  • Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, workshops, and orals.
  • Collaborate with sales, solutioning, delivery, and industry teams to develop differentiated solutions.

Transformation Delivery Support

  • Provide advisory support during program execution to ensure continuity between pursuit and delivery.
  • Participate in key client engagements, governance meetings, and strategic program discussions.
  • Offer practical guidance based on prior implementation experience to help clients navigate complex transformation initiatives.
  • When appropriate, participate in delivery activities to support successful client outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience leading or supporting large scale SAP transformation programs.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP implementation, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in a client facing advisory, consulting, presales, or transformation leadership role.
  • Experience engaging with executive and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with both business and technology leaders.
  • Strong understanding of SAP delivery methodologies and implementation life cycles.
  • Experience supporting pursuits, proposals, workshops, and executive presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a consulting organization, systems integrator, or Big Four environment.
  • Prior experience across both delivery and pre-sales functions.
  • Experience shaping large and complex transformation opportunities.
  • Industry expertise in one or more sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.

Work Environment / Eligibility

  • Remote with up to 50% travel.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
