Job description

Position Summary

The Transformation Manager will drive the development and execution of key strategic projects to optimize and transform the business. It will join a small dynamic team that is driving key strategic change across the organization. Your experience with solving business problems and willingness to grow will enable you to work enterprise wide (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Pricing, Spend Management, etc.) and implement the group strategy in a fast-paced global environment. Current and recent projects include: AI for Pricing, Supply Chain and Credit Decision Making.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of allocated business transformation initiatives, frequently partnering with the business owners (e.g. Pricing Team) and IT for execution.

• Collaborate with Chief Digital & Marketing Officer and Transformation Director to define transformation goals, strategic projects, KPIs, and success metrics.

• Collaborate with the wider business to identify opportunities for operational improvement, digital transformation, and innovation.

• Manage change processes, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Distil requirements and concepts from throughout the business to create commercial and robust data-driven solutions to complex problems.

• Use advanced business analysis, data modelling, and commercial storytelling skills to provide insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.

• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to translate requirements and manage expectations.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the transformation lifecycle

• Coach the Transformation team on both technical skills and techniques to meet project goals


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Transformation, Consulting, or data analytics roles delivering effective change

• Advanced excel skills required

• Professional working experience with SQL, Python, or Power BI required

• Self-driven

• Able to manage multiple priorities

• Great communicator, both written and verbal

• Curiosity/passion for new technology

• Able to work in a flexible environment that includes at a minimum of 4 days a week in the office.


Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Artificial Intelligence Technology

• Prior project management/consulting experience

• Very strong complex modelling skills

• Prior experience with designing systems/process implementation/pricing models
