Job description

Position Title: Luxury Homes Project Manager
The Luxury Homes Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and executing residential remodeling and new construction projects. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will manage construction teams, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction. You'll manage high-end remodeling projects, work directly with clients and play an important role in a growing organization that values integrity, craftsmanship and teamwork. Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000+ / Year DOE + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
  • Manage remodeling projects and construction teams
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Review plans, estimates, scopes of work, and project budgets
  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Monitor project financials and progress reports
  • Support hiring, training, and development of construction staff
  • Maintain safety standards and company procedures
  • Build relationships with architects, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and clients

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of construction project management experience
  • Residential remodeling and/or new home construction experience
  • Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with CoConstruct is preferred
