Reputable firm hiring an Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily, Strong local pipeline (Dallas market), 401k with 5% match, bonus, + auto allowance.

Location: Wood-frame Ground-up Multifamily construction projects in the local market.

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Salary: $100-$115k base + 401k w/ match, Bonus, Auto Allowance

Requirements: Ground-up Multifamily Construction experience (1-2+ years with good tenure)

We're currently looking to bring a driven Assistant Project Manager onto our team as we have a few large projects coming up . The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of multifamily ground-up construction experience and be looking for a long-term fit.

Packages will include: $100k-$120k base, bonus plan, auto allowance, 401k w/ 5% match, and more.


What You Need for This Role:


  • At least 2+ years of full-scope ground-up multifamily experience (200units-400 units).
