POSITION OVERVIEW
We are helping a very successful and rapidly growing GC who is seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to lead mid to large-scale new multifamily construction projects in the Austin area. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong client management abilities paired with construction expertise to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications. Base Salary: $120,000 - $165,000

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager on mid to large-scale new multifamily construction projects
  • Strong project management and construction controls expertise
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Experience with garden-style, mid-rise, or podium-style multifamily projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
