Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our anesthesia management organization, headquartered in Addison, TX. This role will oversee numerous initiatives that support our clinical operations, enhance patient care delivery, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The PM will primarily manage software implementation/integration projects. The role will need solid software and a business strategy foundation. The role will report to the Enterprise Product Manager and work closely with both EPM and the SVP of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Goal/Vision Alignment: Work closely with the EPM to understand stakeholder goals/visions for software solutions and develop project plans to ensure the project tracks towards appropriate milestones, leveraging KPI goals and reporting.
  • Software Discovery: Provide support during software discovery phases through business level deep dives and understanding the software vendors' timeline/requirements.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all projects meet HIPAA requirements and healthcare data security standards
  • Vendor and Team Management: Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams to ensure information is communicated and milestones are met.
  • System Integration: Oversee integrations between medical specific software and business management systems to ensure data is communicated across platforms correctly.
  • Launch Planning/Training: Work closely with the EPM to develop and implement launch plans for new software. Develop and implement training programs for clinicians or corporate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of project management experience, scrum master experience, or product owner
  • Experience, preferably in healthcare
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred
  • Understand HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security
  • Strong communication skills for both cross-functional team and vendor communications
  • Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in different departments/industries such as design, technology, advertising, consulting, etc.
  • Experience with anesthesia-specific software and equipment
  • Familiarity with Texas healthcare regulations
