The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting construction projects within the multifamily sector, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. As a medium-sized company, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality multifamily construction projects and fostering a professional and growth-oriented environment. Description Assist in managing multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing updates to stakeholders as needed. Support the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.

Participate in regular project meetings to address progress and resolve issues. Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
