Job description

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Task Manager to support our growing business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, communicating with people, and helping keep projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Visit multiple project sites throughout the Austin area.
  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Take clear progress photos and provide updates from job sites.
  • Run business-related errands for the owner as needed.
  • Deliver documents, supplies, or materials between project locations.
  • Monitor project progress and report any concerns or issues.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and field personnel.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable traveling throughout the Austin area.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to use a smartphone to take photos, send messages, and provide updates.
