AIOS Adoption & Transformation Consultant

Zafin

Toronto, ON

Full-time

Posted 24 days ago

Job description

What's the Opportunity?

The AI Adoption & Transformation Consultant leads the adoption and change workstream for clients implementing Zafin's AI Operating System (AIOS). The role ensures new capabilities are embedded into day-to-day work, supported by the leadership alignment, operating-model readiness, role clarity, skills, behaviours, and reinforcement required to produce sustained adoption and measurable business value.

Working within the AIOS delivery lifecycle, the role assesses change impacts and organizational readiness, develops adoption strategies, engages stakeholders, and designs enablement and reinforcement approaches tailored to each client environment. The role helps client teams understand not only how to use AI agent capabilities, but how work, decisions, accountability, controls, and human oversight must evolve around them.

The role works closely with a cross-functional team including AIOS Engagement Lead, Industry Consultants, Agent Architects, Agent Engineers, AI Evaluation Engineers, and AI Knowledge & Governance professionals. This role translates decisions from the leadership team into change, enablement, and adoption actions required for sustained use.

Embedded with client stakeholders, the role identifies adoption barriers, measures behaviour and usage, and uses evidence to strengthen the solution, operating model, and transformation approach over time. The result is not simply technical deployment, but trusted AI capabilities that become part of how the organization works and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead the adoption and transformation workstream for client teams implementing AI agent solutions, ensuring new capabilities are embedded into business processes, roles, decisions, and ways of working.
  • Conduct organizational readiness and change impact assessments to identify stakeholder impacts, capability gaps, adoption risks, and implementation dependencies.
  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, enablement, reinforcement, and workflow integration strategies that support sustained adoption.
  • Serve as the senior advisor for adoption and organizational change, partnering directly with client leaders, managers, process owners, and stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with the AIOS Engagement Lead and Industry Consultants to translate engagement objectives into practical adoption, enablement, and transformation plans.
  • Facilitate executive alignment sessions, stakeholder workshops, and adoption planning activities that build commitment and readiness for change.
  • Define and monitor adoption measures, user behaviours, proficiency, usage patterns, stakeholder feedback, and business outcomes to identify adoption barriers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use adoption insights, stakeholder feedback, and value-realization data to recommend improvements to the solution, operating model, enablement approach, and future AIOS engagements.
  • Develop client-specific adoption and change strategies that address leadership alignment, behavioural change, role evolution, new ways of working, and operating-model transformation.
  • Support transition to business ownership by ensuring client leaders and teams have the capability, governance, and reinforcement mechanisms required to sustain adoption after implementation.
  • Develop reusable adoption methods, playbooks, tools, and lessons learned that strengthen future AIOS engagements.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must Haves

  • Typically 8-12 years of relevant experience in organizational change, business transformation, consulting, or enterprise implementation, with demonstrated success leading complex adoption initiatives.
  • Significant experience leading organizational change, business transformation, or adoption initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of operating model transformation, workflow redesign, and embedding new ways of working.
  • Practical understanding of AI, AI agents, and emerging technologies, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering adoption, enablement, communications, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders in consulting, advisory, or enterprise transformation environments.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and guide organizations through change.
  • Ability to measure adoption, interpret insights, and translate findings into practical improvements.
  • Collaborative, consultative approach with the ability to work effectively across business, technology, and delivery teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting AI, generative AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology implementation organizations.
  • Familiarity with organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement approaches.
  • Experience developing reusable adoption frameworks, playbooks, or enablement assets.
  • Experience mentoring consultants or leading adoption workstreams across multiple engagements.
  • Familiarity with recognized change management methodologies or certifications.
