Work You'll Do

As a Technology Transformation Analyst, you'll join a dynamic team helping clients solve complex business challenges through enterprise technology, data, and AI-enabled solutions. In this role, you will help guide clients through their technology transformation journeys by leveraging cutting edge technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, increase agility, and create lasting business impact.

Your work will include:

  • Automating business processes with AI and intelligent workflow solutions to drive efficiency and innovation
  • Using AI tools and agents to help assess current state processes, design future state models, and identify gaps
  • Implementing enterprise-wide cloud and application transformations to drive business growth and value with lasting impact
  • Deploying advanced data analytics platforms that enable actionable insights and smarter decision making
  • Integrating digital tools seamlessly to enable unified, future-ready ecosystems

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in transforming business processes through agentic AI and enterprise technology solutions
  • Use AI tools to build prompts, skills and workflow enhancements that improve process design and execution
  • Conduct current state assessments, future state process design, gap analysis, workflow optimization, testing, and performance measurement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver innovative, client-centric technology solutions across packages and platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, and ServiceNow
  • Leverage data-driven insights and technical expertise to enable successful, sustainable business transformation
  • Drive user adoption and change management, ensuring technology investments align with client business objectives

We seek a curious, collaborative, and analytical professional who can bridge the gap between business and technology, engaging effectively with stakeholders across both domains. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and using AI and data-driven insights to solve problems. You are a proactive problem solver, an eager learner, and an effective communicator, capable of helping clients in turning technology into real business value.

We make it our business to take issue to impact, both within and beyond a client setting.

Required Qualifications

    • Information Systems
    • Business
    • Computer Science
    • Engineering
    • Supply Chain and Operations
    • Human Resources
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.3 cumulative GPA preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

This is an entry-level opportunity intended for candidates interested in beginning or building a career in this field. We welcome applicants from a range of educational and professional backgrounds who meet the qualifications for the role.
