This role is located in Somerville, MA-  We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.

What skills do I need? 

  • 5+ years of combined experience delivering projects for regulated life sciences customers, including experience in project or program management, manufacturing or production operations, management consulting, or customer success roles within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations
  • Strong working knowledge of regulated quality systems and compliance frameworks, including GxP, ISO standards, and 21 CFR Part 11
  • Proven experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope definition, milestones, ownership, and timelines, while coordinating internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience leading project meetings, facilitating decision-making, and delivering clear, executive-level updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • You will be among the first practitioners to help Tulip define what AI-first delivery looks like - training and tooling will be provided, but intellectual curiosity is expected

Nice to have:

  • Lean / Six Sigma experience, with exposure to continuous improvement initiatives in regulated manufacturing or operations environments
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies, including experience applying them in hybrid or regulated delivery models
  • Experience with AI-assisted project tools, knowledge management, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Copilot, Claude or similar)
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications
  • Working knowledge of change control processes, PMO governance, and validation requirements (e.g., impact assessment, documentation, and traceability) within regulated life sciences environments

  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Collaborate with internal experts and customers to define project success and requirements
  • Lead organization of information and communication to allow teams to focus on project work
  • Provide expertise and thought leadership to guide customers through manufacturing digital transformations
  • Understand technical project details enough to manage and escalate when needed
  • Scope and quote projects for customers
  • Contribute to internal process development and continuous improvement
  • 25% expected travel
