Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic McDonald's Training Assistant to join our team at Arch Fellow LLC in Richardson, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a critical part in ensuring excellence in food preparation, food safety, customer service, and overall restaurant operations. As a Training Assistant, you will work closely with the Training Manager to train, coach, and mentor both new and existing crew members, helping them excel in their roles. Due to your role, specific projects or assignments will necessitate your presence at any of our restaurant locations and main office.
Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and mentor new and existing crew members to achieve excellence in the restaurant.
- Identify and monitor training needs within the organization and implement necessary training programs.
- Conduct training sessions both in the restaurant and in classroom settings.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the training function.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Food Preparation, Food Service, and Food Safety.
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Must speak be able to fluently speak both English and Spanish
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Flexible scheduling and availability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
