Job description

This is a temporary position.

The FLEX Senior Manager, Web Producer will support the day-to-dayoperationalexecution ofmigrating Marriott Bonvoy Traveler onto the Marriott.com digital platform and ecosystem.This temporary role is critical to ensuring content,assetsand workflows transition seamlessly,while meeting Global Marketing standards and enterprise requirements.

The Web Produceris highly organized, servingasacentral pointof coordination across Global Marketing, Digital, andotherspartners-owning operational execution, asset readiness, and content triage throughoutthe migration lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with website migrations, strong technical fluency, and a collaborative mindset suited to complex, cross-functional initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experiencein web production, digital operations, or content management roles
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or executingwebsite migrations(enterprise CMS or large-scale platforms preferred)
  • Familiarity withdigital asset management systemsand content governance standards
  • Experienceleveragingproject management tools like Jira or Workfront
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Education and Experience Preferred

  • Experience working withinlarge, matrixed organizations,particularlywithin Marketing
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, tagging structures, and enterprise web ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
  • Prior experience supporting editorial or content-driven platforms

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Website Migration Operations

  • Own and manage theday-to-day operational executionof the Traveler website migration fromTraveler.Marriott.com to Marriott.com.
  • EnsureGlobal Marketing requirements, standards, and timelinesare met at every phase of the migration.
  • Support the definition, documentation, and validation ofmigration requirementsin close partnership with Digital and Technology teams.
  • Utilize digital tools (Workfront, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, and beyond) to meet company milestones and project goals.

Content & Asset Management

  • Coordinate themigration of content and digital assetsinto Marriott's enterprise Digital Asset Center (DAC).
  • Ensure assets are properly tagged, organized, and compliant with enterprise governance standards.
  • Triage and managecontent for migration, content needing revisions and content that needs to be sunset.
  • Partner with editorial, brand, and regional teams to ensure content accuracy, completeness, and quality throughout migration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely withDigital, Global Marketing, andotherstakeholders to align operational execution with strategic goals.
  • Act as a day-to-day liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Track progress, surface risks, and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Clarify ownership by assigning work, guiding executions, and synthesizing team updates into clearly communicated project updates and next steps.
  • Assign and coordinate work across the team, track progress, and collecttimelyupdates to keep delivery on course.
  • Develops executive-ready updates and summaries related to the project, asrequired.

Quality & Governance

  • Support QA efforts byvalidatingmigrated content, functionality, and experience against requirements.
  • Maintain clear documentation, checklists, and workflows to support migration governance during this temporary assignment.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices that support future platform enhancements.
