Our specialty is helping organizations design, build, and scale digital products that create exceptional customer experiences and drive value.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Associate Product Manager, Digital Marketing is an early-career practitioner responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational management of content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, or product - through internships, school programs, or early professional roles - who wants hands-on exposure to a real migration, real delivery, and a fast-moving marketing technology environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build, edit, and publish pages using AEM-designed templates across campaign, landing, and evergreen content Manage content scheduling and publishing workflows to ensure accurate, on-time delivery Support migration of content from legacy systems to AEM Cloud Perform visual QA, validating layout, links, components, and functionality Partner with product and engineering teams to surface and resolve migration issues Contribute to AEM authoring best practices including page structure and naming conventions Help establish QA checklists and publishing standards to ensure consistency across digital experiences Assist in developing playbook materials including documentation, how-to guides, and recorded walkthroughs Support training of stakeholders and new authors on AEM workflows Act as a reliable resource for authoring support, troubleshooting, and intake coordination
Experience and Skills
WHAT YOU BRING 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, product, or a related field (internships, apprenticeships, or entry-level roles welcome) Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms Basic understanding of web content structure, components, and UX best practices Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and content workflows Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and organizational discipline Curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to build process - not just follow it WHY THRESH Competitive salary with performance-based bonus Comprehensive healthcare benefits 401(k) with company matching Hands-on mentorship from experienced Product Managers Exposure to modern product practices and AI-enabled delivery A supportive, low-ego culture focused on learning and growth
