Duties:

As a Content Management System Administrator for the online Content Services team, you'll lead a host of projects and be responsible for task execution within the broad field of knowledge management. The role interacts with stakeholders across the business and requires superb abilities to collaborate, build consensus, organize ideas, communicate them to stakeholders, and deliver projects in a transparent and harmonious manner.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

Knowledge of managing content and users in a CMS, and an understanding of how an organization manages content

Highly skilled in administrative experience of Adobe Experience Manager

Experience writing requirements for content projects and tools

Experience managing content in multiple languages

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Comfort presenting to wide audiences, from writers to upper management

Ability to express ideas clearly, confidently, and diplomatically

Acrolinx experience a plus

Description:

Own and coordinate the technical administration of the team's CMS, managing user provisioning and coordinating closely with our tools and QA team to successfully test and launch new content features

Identify, develop, and manage projects related to our knowledge base content, including working on task-oriented administration details

Propose plans and gain agreement with product owners, knowledge base managers and others

Create and maintain a schedule for all initiatives, and execute tasks on time

Regularly document and communicate project status to stakeholders

Document content processes and tools as needed, and work with others to document

Complete administrative tasks for projects with tight deadlines

Ensure content processes are cost-effective and maximize shared and re-usable resources

Train content producers and share CMS expertise with internal and external teams

Additional Information

Education:

BA or BS degree is required

MA, MS, MIS, or MBA a huge plus

3+ years' experience delivering effective content projects
