The Learning Content & Systems Partner plays a critical role in supporting the success of Mo' Learning by managing learning content, learning systems, and learner-facing resources that enable scalable, effective development across the organization.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the learning function, partnering closely with Learning Experience (LEX) Partners and subject matter experts to ensure learning content is organized, accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Learning Content & Systems Partner owns the lifecycle of learning content and supports the systems, communications, and processes that bring learning programs to life.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Learning Content Management
  • Create, update, and maintain training content, job aids, guides, and learning resources.

  • Ensure content is accurate, branded, and aligned with operational standards.

  • Support content reviews, updates, and version control.

Learning Systems Administration
  • Upload, organize, and manage content within Wisetail /Workday Learning and other learning platforms.

  • Maintain learning assignments, catalogs, and learner records.

  • Troubleshoot learner access and basic system issues.

  • Support reporting and completion tracking.

Learning Communications
  • Create and distribute training announcements, updates, and learner communications.

  • Support newsletters, campaigns, and learning-related messaging.

  • Develop templates and resources that promote a consistent learner experience.

Partnership & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with LEX Partners and subject matter experts to support learning initiatives.

  • Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve content, systems, and communication.

  • Help maintain a high-quality, engaging learning experience across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, learning operations, training, or learning technology administration

  • Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Strong written communication, organization, and project management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred
  • Experience with Workday Learning, Wisetail, or comparable LMS platforms

  • Experience with eLearning and content development tools

  • Experience supporting restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit operations

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning content best practices

  • Experience creating branded learning resources and communications

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen, using a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essential functions of the job. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
